Sterile Processing Technician

We are seeking a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) to join our sterile processing department. The ideal candidate will have completed a sterile processing training program and hold current CRCST certification. Responsibilities include decontamination, sterilization, and preparation of surgical instruments in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements: CRCST certification, completion of sterile processing training program, ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
Sterile Processing Supervisor
Leadership opportunity for CHL-certified professionals.
Our healthcare facility is looking for an experienced sterile processing professional with Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) certification to lead our central service department. This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of regulatory compliance, and experience managing teams in a healthcare setting. You’ll oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, quality assurance, and ensure adherence to infection prevention standards.
Requirements: CHL certification, minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience, proven leadership and management skills.

Join our analytics team and help healthcare organizations make data-driven decisions. This position requires proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. You’ll work with real-world healthcare data to build reports, create dashboards, and support quality improvement initiatives. Experience with healthcare data and understanding of clinical workflows is preferred.
